We study style fundamentals: grooves and bounce, isolations (head/shoulders/chest/hips), basic toprock, beginning footwork and safe floorwork, dynamics and accents, building combos and formation work.
60โ75 minutes: dynamic warm-up and mobility, light strength training (core/legs), technique, across-the-floor, choreography learning, improvisation block (cypher), cool-down and stretching. Music โ family-friendly/clean versions only.
Mini-tasks for musicality and variation, teamwork, friendly "battles" in respectful format. Regularity increases endurance, builds technique and makes performances natural.
Sneakers with non-slip sole, comfortable athletic wear, hair tied back, minimal accessories. We recommend knee pads for floorwork. No acrobatics or risky jumps.
